Management's statement Independent Auditor's report Management's review Financial statements Management’s statement The Executive Board and Board of Directors have today considered and adopted the Annual Report of Systematic A/S for the financial year 1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025. The Annual Report is prepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements give a true and fair view of the financial position at 30 September 2025 of the Company and the Group and of the results of the Company and Group operations as well as of the cash flows for 2024/25. In our opinion, Management’s Review includes a true and fair account of the matters addressed in the Review. We recommend that the Annual Report be adopted at the Annual General Meeting.
